About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Tn Italy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Customer Service Team and ensuring a reliable and professional customer care experience throughout the entire process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Customer Service Team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize customer service levels and reduce costs
  • Manage and coordinate customer service activities, including order processing, customer complaints, and product allocation
  • Collaborate with logistics providers and customers to resolve issues and improve service levels
  • Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service leadership and team management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English and Italian
