Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Customer Service department in the Structural Heart division at Abbott Laboratories. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Service professionals and developing strategies to improve department processes and service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Manage a team of Customer Service professionals to ensure excellent customer service and support.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve department processes, including order processing, returns processing, backorder processing, credit requests, and new product launches.
- Quality and Productivity: Train, motivate, and coach Customer Service Representatives to continuously improve the quality and productivity of department output.
- Customer Service: Provide internal and external customers with best possible service in terms of order processing, pricing, and billing inquiries, service requests, and customer complaints.
- Travel: 10-20% of travel required.
Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 5-7 years of Customer Service/Contact Center experience.
- Language: Fluent in English and Italian.
