DSCOVR, a dynamic and rapidly growing company, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Manager to drive revenue growth and expand its customer base. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying leads, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Conduct research and prospecting activities to identify potential customers and determine their interest in our products.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies and engage prospects and customers in company events and initiatives.
  • Client Management: Support clients in the use of our products and services, cultivate relationships, and identify opportunities for re-selling, up-selling, and cross-selling.
  • Product Feedback: Collect and value feedback and insights from customers to improve our products and services.
  • CRM Management: Ensure all sales activities and customer interactions are up-to-date in our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Language: Fluency in French is a must.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales or customer service roles.
  • Technology Passion: Passion for technology and SaaS platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Desire to Succeed: Strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
  • Crm Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
