Sales Growth Manager

DSCOVR, a dynamic and rapidly growing company, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Manager to drive revenue growth and expand its customer base. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying leads, developing and executing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Conduct research, prospecting, and qualification to identify potential customers and determine their interest and suitability.
- Initial Contact: Establish relationships with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to set up meetings and demos.
- Product DEMO: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Client Management: Support clients in using our products and services, fostering strong relationships for re-selling, up-selling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Language: Fluency in French is a must.
- Attitude: Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Passion: Strong passion for technology and SaaS platforms.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time Management: Proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Desire: Strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
- CRM: Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
