Role Overview:

As a member of our consulting team, the Risk Management PMO will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating, tracking, and reporting on Non-Financial Risks across all banking operations and processes, including outsourcing, information security, fraud prevention, and physical security.
  • Assisting the business in identifying and assessing Non-Financial Risks while monitoring and challenging the first line of defense.
  • Conducting second line monitoring as part of the Enterprise Risk Management framework (including SOx, KCT, KRI, etc.).
  • Overseeing event reporting and managing the incident management process.
  • Aiding in the preparation of the Non-Financial Risk Committee meetings and the Non-Financial Risk Dashboard.
  • Managing a remediation process in accordance with established guidelines and standards, utilizing the necessary tools and technologies to ensure effective governance and oversight of the contract remediation process.

Required Skills and Experience

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in economics or engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
  • Strong analytical capabilities and exceptional communication skills.
