About the Role

Virtuagym is seeking a highly skilled PR Manager to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global PR and Communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive PR strategies that support our marketing goals and enhance our brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft compelling stories that establish Virtuagym as a thought leader in the fitness industry.
  • Cultivate relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage and promote our company's story.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and media coverage, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure PR activities align with overall marketing strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in PR and Comms, either in-house or in an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of the fitness industry, including current trends and media landscape.
  • Native-level proficiency in English with excellent communication and writing skills. German, Spanish, or Dutch is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to write appealing content for prospects and customers.
  • Self-starter with excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas to engage prospects.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced scale-up environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with an openness to change course as needed based on consistent measurement and tracking.
