Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client requests for replacement and pre-assigned vehicles
  • Process and resolve cases reported by the customer care team on specific needs and disservices
  • Ensure the correct execution for provision of replacement vehicles through given directives
  • Follow the given order of priority for the choice of suppliers of replacement cars
  • Communicate directly with the project coordinator on the ongoing activities
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or similar
  • 1 year of experience in the Automotive sector in other roles
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Adaptability and Flexibility
  • Good planning and organization skills
  • Ability to work in a team
