Key Responsibilities- Drive regional business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, guiding leads from proposal to closure, and enhancing business development capabilities across European territories.
- Implement our sales and marketing strategy, maximizing sales, account development, market penetration, and share, while refining and optimizing the plan and collaborating with our global business team.
- Establish key partnerships with stakeholders within the aesthetic industry, fostering exceptional customer support, and taking ownership within the territory as the primary representative of ABG Lab.
- Convert leads generated by the marketing teams at ABG Lab into valuable and sustainable business relationships, utilizing your skill in communication and negotiation to secure successful collaborations.
- Attend international congress events and ABG product launches, showcasing our latest innovations to critical players in the industry.
- Work closely with the VP of Business Development to achieve set targets and contribute to the future business plans for the designated territory, playing a vital role in our continuous growth.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the marketplace, brands, and customers, providing valuable market intelligence to the team to inform our strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with doctors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure our products are utilized to their full potential, and coordinate and deliver academic support programs within the territory.
- A degree-level education in a commercial field such as business, economics, or administration, or a relevant qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and any European language, enabling effective communication with stakeholders across the region.
- Proficiency in software required to conduct your duties properly, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Confluence, Hubspot/Zoho/Salesforce CRM, and other relevant software suites.
- A self-motivated individual, comfortable taking initiative and possessing strong planning skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships with KOLs and clinic owners.
- A proven track record of growing business by winning new accounts and developing existing accounts, consistently achieving KPIs and targets over 3-5 years.
- A commercial acumen complemented by excellent negotiation skills, allowing you to secure valuable partnerships in a global environment.
- Ability to convey highly strategic concepts into deliverable results to both internal and external teams/clients.
