We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Organizer Specialist to join our dynamic Travel Team at Meeters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing unique travel experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cost-effective travel packages from scratch, tailored to meet clients' needs and Meeters' high quality standards.
  • Adapt and refine travel arrangements based on feedback from Meeters' travelers and tour leaders to continuously improve our products.
  • Identify and establish relationships with new suppliers and local partners, negotiating favorable contracts that meet Meeters' expectations.
  • Negotiate the best rates with hotels, tour guides, and restaurants to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to clients' inquiries and addressing complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct research on competitors and provide insights on new product design and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure seamless cross-team alignment of information, tools, and processes to drive business success.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in tour operators or the travel industry.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of negotiation methods.
  • Strong experience in pricing, supplier scouting, and new opportunity identification.
  • Strong geographical knowledge of Italy.
  • Good understanding of travel trends and industry developments.
  • Ability to multitask and work irregular hours when required.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
