Marsh is seeking a talented individual to join our Professional Graduate Programme in the Employee Health & Benefits Specialty based in Torino.

This is an exciting opportunity to launch or advance your career in a specialized area of the insurance sector.

As a Junior Client Advisor, you will be part of a dynamic and thriving team, where you will have the chance to grow professionally and develop your skills.

What You Can Expect:

  • A comprehensive training program that includes both theoretical and practical sessions, with the guidance of experienced professionals.
  • An induction training where you will learn about Marsh's organizational structure and strategic vision, as well as meet our Senior Leaders and their teams.
  • A career progression within Marsh, starting with an initial 6-month internship, followed by a 2-3 year apprenticeship, and the opportunity to accelerate your career through an employment agreement, tailored to your performance and dedication.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with employee benefit services and solutions provided to clients.
  • Coordinate management and renewal activities with client executives and the Employee Health & Benefits team.
  • Develop strong communication and relationship-building skills, interacting daily with clients to help them resolve benefit insurance issues.
  • Assist in the management of submitting coverage specifications and obtaining quotations from carriers.

Requirements:

  • University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), Law, Political, Social and Administrative Sciences, International Relations, HR, or similar, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining, with a brilliant academic path.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT-tools, especially Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
