Job Opportunity:

IT001 Marsh Spa is seeking a talented candidate to join our Employee Health & Benefits Specialty in Torino. As a Junior Client Advisor, you will be part of our Professional Graduate Programme, a great opportunity to start or progress your career in a specialized area of the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update employee benefit services and solutions for clients.
  • Coordinate management and renewal activities with client executives and the Employee Health & Benefits team.
  • Develop strong communication and relationship-building skills to interact with clients and help them solve benefit insurance issues.
  • Assist in managing coverage specifications and obtaining quotations from carriers.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Economics, Law, or similar field, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Advanced skills in using main IT-tools, especially Microsoft Office Package.
