Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented candidate to join our Employee Health & Benefits Specialty team in Torino. As an Insurance Risk Management Specialist, you will play a key role in providing data-driven risk solutions and advisory services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update on employee benefit services and solutions for clients;
  • Coordinate management and renewal activities with client executives and the Employee Health & Benefits team;
  • Develop strong communication and relationship-building skills to interact with clients and help them solve benefit insurance issues;
  • Assist in managing coverage specifications and obtaining quotations from carriers.

Requirements:

  • University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), Law, Political, Social and Administrative Sciences, International Relations, HR, or similar, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path;
  • Fluency in English and Italian;
  • Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT-tools (especially Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
