About the RoleAs a Red Bull Musketeer, you will be responsible for showcasing our premium brand to the hospitality and gastronomy scenes. You will work independently to develop and deploy innovative strategies to deliver the perfect pitch for Red Bull, while maintaining a strong network of decision-makers and influencers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to increase brand visibility and availability in the on-premise sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, and industry experts.
- Take ownership of on-premise sales and marketing activities for your region, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and opportunities.
- Utilize your sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for customers and Red Bull.
- Travel extensively (80-90%) to represent Red Bull at various events and activations.
As a Red Bull Musketeer, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and ambitious team, with a strong focus on personal growth and development. You will be given the freedom to work independently and make a real impact on the business.
Requirements- Strong commercial acumen and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality, or marketing is an advantage.
