Descrizione del Lavoro

In qualità di Team Lead, svolgerai un ruolo fondamentale nella gestione del turno e nella supervisione del team. Sarai responsabile della pianificazione e della gestione delle risorse per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi e la soddisfazione dei clienti.

Compiti Principali
  • Creare e mantenere una cultura della sicurezza sul sito, identificando e implementando azioni per migliorare la sicurezza in tutta l'area di lavoro.
  • Assicurarsi che gli ordini dei clienti siano soddisfatti, rispettando gli standard qualitativi definiti.
  • Fornire informazioni relative all'andamento del turno ai manager ed agli operatori di magazzino.
  • Pianificare le risorse sulle diverse attività di magazzino in modo da rispettare il raggiungimento dei target giornalieri.
  • Guidare azioni proattive per rimuovere gli ostacoli che incidono sulle buone prestazioni del team.
  • In caso di necessità, supportare i processi collaborando con supporto diretto alle attività operative all'interno del reparto.
  • Fornire formazione e feedback agli operatori di magazzino in merito a sicurezza, qualità ed esecuzione dei processi.
  • Sviluppare competenze specifiche su tutti i processi operativi.
Requisiti Fondamentali
  • Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana (parlato, ascolto, scrittura).
  • Padronanza dell'inglese (B1, Intermedio).
  • Buone capacità di comunicazione.
  • Capacità analitiche (capacità di identificare le cause alla radice dei problemi, prevedere i problemi esaminando i dati e i Key Performance Indicators).
  • Approccio proattivo e spiccato problem solving.
  • Capacità di apprendere nuove abilità e informazioni, di adattarsi ai cambiamenti e di perseguire gli obiettivi, lavorando in un ambiente a ritmo sostenuto.
  • Esperienza nel coaching o nella guida di un team.
Requisiti Preferenziali
  • Laurea triennale, preferibilmente in Ingegneria Gestionale o Economia.
  • Comprensione di base della metodologia Lean.
  • Esperienza maturata in ambito logistico o di produzione.
  • Capacità di analizzare in profondità il processo operativo e sviluppare idee di miglioramento continuo.
