Job Description
As a Cross Asset Solutions Analyst, you will be part of the team responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth across various asset classes.
You will work closely with experienced colleagues to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create value-added solutions for clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Helping senior sales professionals with daily client interactions and primary market activities
- Pricing structured products and derivatives exotic solutions, collaborating with Paris or London structuring and trading teams
- Developing strong links with marketing and Global Research teams to assist sales in idea generation
- Managing product life cycles after issuance date, including documentation generation and client onboarding
- Setting up and maintaining dedicated reporting for Sales Managers
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Master's degree in Business or Engineering, with a specialization in Economics or Finance.
A previous experience in Financial Markets, preferably in structured products, is highly valued.
Languages: Fluent English (B2-C1) and Italian.
Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office, with good communication and presentation skills.
