Amazon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate Marketplace Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Amazon Marketplace Professional Services (AMPS) program, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and innovation across our EU marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of 15-20 Sellers across various categories, including Fashion, Grocery, and more, to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide strategic recommendations to maximize Sellers' potential.
  • Implement and track metrics to measure the success and quality of Sellers in your portfolio.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Sellers for AMPS based on a deep understanding of our Sellers and their needs.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem and leverage CRM tools to track account information and sales progress.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience in sales or account management in E-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software.
  • Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
