Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Partnership to lead and expand B2B partnership initiatives within the Italian market. This strategically important role will ensure rapid, solid, and sustainable growth in Italy by defining, executing, and leading strategies alongside the Local and Central partnerships team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the partnership business unit development and craft strategies with the Local and Central partnerships teams.
  • Secure, integrate, and manage key partners to create new customer demand.
  • Identify and leverage new partnership opportunities to drive growth and reputation.
  • Manage LeadGenerators to add additional paid demand.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role (B2B sales / Partnerships / account management), preferably within renewable energy.
  • Experience in digital marketing actions and activations.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with other EU languages a plus.
