Your Main Responsibilities
">- You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional personal service to ensure they feel at home.
- Handling check-in and check-out operations, administrative tasks, and providing guests with information about the hotel and local area.
- Answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries.
Your Profile
">- You embody our core values of authenticity, hospitality, and teamwork.
- You have at least 1 year of experience as a Front Office Agent or Receptionist.
- You possess excellent communication skills in English and Italian, with other languages being a plus.
- You're flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including early, late, and night shifts.

Compensation
">Our estimated salary for this position is approximately €30,000 - €40,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you can also expect a range of benefits, including:
">- Magazzino lavoro festivo (holiday pay)
- Magazzino lavoro notturno (night shift allowance)
- Quattordicesima (14th month salary)
- Tredicesima (13th month salary)
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you should have:
">- A Tourism studies or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management
- At least 1-year experience as a Front Office Agent or Receptionist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with hospitality software and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Language Requirements
">We require you to have:
">- Very good speaking and writing skills in English (obligatory)
- Very good speaking and writing skills in Italian (obligatory)
Contract Details
">This is a full-time contract with a minimum duration of 12 months. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including early, late, and night shifts, and may be asked to cover weekends and holidays.
