Your Main Responsibilities

  • You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional personal service to ensure they feel at home.
  • Handling check-in and check-out operations, administrative tasks, and providing guests with information about the hotel and local area.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries.

Your Profile

  • You embody our core values of authenticity, hospitality, and teamwork.
  • You have at least 1 year of experience as a Front Office Agent or Receptionist.
  • You possess excellent communication skills in English and Italian, with other languages being a plus.
  • You're flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including early, late, and night shifts.

Compensation

Our estimated salary for this position is approximately €30,000 - €40,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you can also expect a range of benefits, including:

  • Magazzino lavoro festivo (holiday pay)
  • Magazzino lavoro notturno (night shift allowance)
  • Quattordicesima (14th month salary)
  • Tredicesima (13th month salary)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Tourism studies or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management
  • At least 1-year experience as a Front Office Agent or Receptionist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with hospitality software and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Contract Details

">

This is a full-time contract with a minimum duration of 12 months. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including early, late, and night shifts, and may be asked to cover weekends and holidays.
