La tua missione sarà quella di guidare le vendite dei nostri prodotti per sviluppare e far crescere in modo sostenibile la relazione con i nostri clienti del settore automotive.

Responsabilità:

  • Gestire le vendite dei nostri prodotti per sviluppare e far crescere la relazione con i nostri clienti del settore automotive.
  • Implementare le strategie aziendali e promuovere standard di alto livello per contribuire al posizionamento del nostro marchio sul mercato.
  • Sviluppare e implementare strategie di vendita a lungo termine per aumentare la reddittività e acquisire quote di mercato.
  • Promuovere e gestire la proposta di valore dell'azienda per il mercato, i clienti e l'industria.
  • Collaborare con il direttore delle vendite per lo sviluppo e le strategie.
  • Identificare nuove opportunità di business con clienti nuovi e assegnati attraverso ricerche di mercato, benchmarking competitivo e analisi dei dati.
  • Monitorare costantemente l'adeguamento delle strategie attuate e le previsioni di vendita ai cambiamenti del mercato.
  • Sviluppare e mantenere efficaci relazioni a livello manageriale con i referenti di ciascun cliente.
  • Analizzare le eventuali opportunità di business e proporle adeguatamente al management interno.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in ingegneria meccanica o simili.
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
  • Minimo di 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione delle vendite e nello sviluppo del business nel settore e mercato di riferimento.
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare in base alle esigenze.
  • Comprovata esperienza nell'utilizzo di sistemi CRM.
  • Esperto nella gestione delle dinamiche dei processi di vendita.
  • Forte orientamento al cliente.
  • Elevato livello di organizzazione e flessibilità.
  • Competenze di project management.
  • Leadership e capacità di gestire persone e conflitti.
  • Ottime capacità di time management e gestione delle scadenze.
