Il Trade Operations Manager è un professionista che supporta la Direzione Finance Business Operations di Pfizer, S.A. de C.V. a Roma, nel miglioramento continuo dei processi commerciali e nella gestione dei rapporti con i clienti esterni e i colleghi delle altre funzioni.
Responsabilità Principali- Supportare il team nella gestione dei processi commerciali e nella risoluzione di richieste atipiche o fuori standard;
- Partecipare attivamente ai progetti speciali, come lanci di prodotto o nuovi modelli commerciali, garantendo il massimo risultato per l'azienda;
- Gestire Audit, controlli SOX e gestione SOP/WI;
- Fornire report riguardanti il processo di order to invoice su richiesta del Trade Operations Senior Manager;
- Sostituire un collega Trade Operations Advisor in caso di indisponibilità di breve periodo.
- Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Conoscenza avanzata dei processi di gestione dell'ordine, spedizione e fatturazione;
- Conoscenza avanzata delle piattaforme di gestione dell'O2C utilizzate in Italia: Condafne, SDI e NSO/APIR;
- Conoscenza avanzata dei sistemi ERP (SAP S4-Hana);
- Efficacia ed efficienza nel collaborare in maniera professionale in team cross-funzionali;
- Ottime capacità di comunicare e di interagire con i colleghi con un approccio orientato al team;
- Forti capacità di gestione dei tempi e delle priorità delle attività in prossimità di scadenze.
- Approfondita conoscenza in lingua inglese dei termini tecnici di processo O2C e di sistema da utilizzare nella interazione con i team globali del digital e dei team di corporate audit;
- Buona conoscenza e provata esperienza di partecipazione attiva a progetti IT sia gestiti localmente che con team internazionali;
- Conoscenza di base di SAP BI, Power BI and Management Reporting.
