About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets in Italy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of the Italian market and sales landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
