About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indirect Sales Channel Leader to join our team at BMC Software. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy that drives revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market business plan aligned with the company's indirect and regional sales strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Design and implement a partner pipeline generation program to produce incremental new license revenue.
  • Lead as a BMC brand ambassador, building trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales process improvements and optimize sales performance.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in indirect sales, with a strong understanding of pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Experience in leading teams and developing people, with a focus on partner development and sales enablement.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving sales growth.
