Executive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Country Manager in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. As a key member of our team, you will handle a variety of administrative duties, manage calendars, coordinate travels, and prepare expense reports. Your contributions will enhance the efficiency of the business, particularly by assisting with data collection and reporting for our sales department.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a key point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Prepare internal and external communications, including memos, meetings, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Manage our CEO's calendar, optimizing daily/weekly schedules for productivity and health.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for executives.
- Track and manage invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Oversee office management needs, including inventory, supplies, and travel logistics.
- Collaborate with sales managers to gather daily forecasts and review sales data.
- Ensure the accuracy of sales reports and coordinate with the finance department on monthly commission checks.
- At least 3 years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to interact with different and challenging stakeholders by anticipating their needs.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Working in a hyper-growing company within an international environment.
