Job Overview
At Trip, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager EU to join our team. As a key member of our European market expansion team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing local market awareness of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and maintain partnerships with attractions and in-destination experience providers, including negotiating and signing cooperation agreements in accordance with company strategy and policy.
- Drive market share growth and increase local market awareness of our company through effective marketing plans and strategies.
- Conduct data research and analysis to provide market insights and optimize product design and sales directions for successful global product localization.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies.
- Other ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Positive and enthusiastic team player with a strong service consciousness.
- Proven record of business development skills, strong strategic thinking capability, and data analysis capability.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in online travel agencies (OTAs) of attractions and tours segment.
- Excellent command of written and spoken Italian and English.
- Proficiency in Chinese and another European language such as French, Spanish, or German is a plus.
