In this role as Business Development Partner Graduate Italy, you will play a crucial part in achieving our financial objectives. This includes supporting the achievement of Total Contract Value, Revenues, Controllable Margin, and Predictability.
You will work closely with the local Business Development Manager to coordinate new service introductions. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales teams on partner training and onboarding.
This position also involves acting as a deal coordinator for new opportunities from proposal to TCV recognition. You will gather insights from partners and provide service & tools requirements into product development.
As the liaison point between partners and operational teams, you will handle escalations and participate in employee engagement initiatives. You will nurture partner relationships and experiences for growth while analyzing the partner landscape and financial performance.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least one year of experience in directly related business. A first-level university degree or equivalent work experience is also required.
The ideal candidate should possess moderate knowledge of the IT and services industry. Basic organizational, analytical, and communication skills are necessary. Italian and English language proficiency is mandatory.
We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around €40,000 - €60,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
