About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Milan. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, driving business success and excellence in service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement learning strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels, including onboarding, operational learning, management and leadership development, and ethics and safety
  • Collaborate with hotel management teams to identify performance gaps and develop targeted training solutions
  • Manage a team of trainers and coaches to ensure effective delivery of training programs
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance and business results
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a managerial capacity, preferably in a service environment
  • Experience in adult education or a similar environment
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, coaching skills, and influencing skills

Schedule and Hours

This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and we will offer a regular term contract. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in Italian.
