Are you a seasoned recruiter with a passion for connecting talent and opportunity? We're seeking Recruitment Business Partners to collaborate with top global companies, boutiques, start-ups, and scale-ups at Career Hub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Our Team: Work closely with our dynamic Career Hub team to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Source and Engage Candidates: Use both traditional and innovative methods to identify and engage active and passive candidates.
  • Communicate Value Propositions: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our client companies to potential candidates.
  • Strategize and Optimize: Collaborate with account managers to optimize recruitment strategies and candidate referrals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience is preferred, especially in fast-paced environments.
  • Specialized Knowledge: If you have expertise in SAP/ERP, IT, Cloud Services, Engineering, Energy Transition & Transformation, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Construction, or ESG & Sustainability recruitment, that's a strong advantage.
  • Passive Talent Magnet: Show us your success in attracting top-tier passive candidates.
  • Agency Background: Prior experience in agency recruiting? Fantastic.
