Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Global HR team as the HR expert for the Italy and Spanish regions. This role will be based in Milan, Italy and will involve regular travel between countries to collaborate directly with Senior Management teams on HR issues and support the expansion of sales organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement the HR strategy while contributing to the company's success and growth in the region.
  • Provide HR support, training, and coaching to managers in all HR-related areas, such as leadership, culture, recruitment, performance management, people development, and reward.
  • Drive and support labor relations, including negotiations with unions.
  • Execute HR deliverables and be responsible for implementing and communicating HR policies, directives, and processes.
  • Manage contracting, reporting, and other administrative tasks in cooperation with internal and external service partners.

Requirements:

  • Strong HR Business Partner experience, ideally in a commercial/Sales business.
  • Experience and high interest in organizational development and change management.
  • Strong commitment to contributing to the success and growth of the company.
  • Familiarity with labor legislation concepts in Italy. Understanding of Spanish labor laws would be an advantage.
  • A university degree in Human Resources or similar would be beneficial.
  • High-level experience of stakeholder management and the ability to build professional relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, Italian, and Spanish is a must due to local employee/business requirements.
