About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and inclusive culture where all our employees feel encouraged and supported.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Business Leaders: Collaborate with site leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support on HR matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Implement HR Initiatives: Support the implementation of new policies and programs that improve employee engagement and the work environment, driving business results and growth.
  3. Develop Communication Plans: Create and execute communication plans to support site briefs, announcements, and other business-critical initiatives, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
  4. Lead HR Projects: Take the lead on implementing and progressing HR projects, analyzing data to inform business decisions and drive HR strategies.
  5. Collect and Analyze Data: Collect and analyze data to inform HR policies and plans, driving business outcomes and continuous improvement.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who can bring a strong business acumen and HR expertise to this role. You will have a degree and relevant experience working with the MS Office suite, as well as advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, preferred qualifications include knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), experience working with basic employment law and HR/payroll practices, and experience working with a wide range of stakeholders across various levels of seniority.
