Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our business leaders to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
  • HR Project Management: Lead and coordinate HR projects to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
  • Talent Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between HR and the business to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics to support business decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar position.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
