Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team at Castello di Casole, a Belmond property. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring that all guest requests are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all financial transactions are processed correctly.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, using clear and concise language to ensure that all needs are met.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met, and that the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Italian, with a third language required.
  • Hotel Management Software: Knowledge of hotel management software, such as Scrigno or similar systems.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an international hotel environment.
