Position Overview:

Castello di Casole, a distinguished property under the Belmond brand, is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent for the upcoming season.

The ideal candidate is committed to delivering authentic luxury experiences in globally recognized destinations, showcasing care, confidence, and curiosity. A passion for service and a desire for professional growth are essential.

Reporting Structure:

This role reports directly to the Front Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Front Desk operations in alignment with company policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring high-quality service at all times;
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues;
  • Cover various night shifts as required;
  • Anticipate guest needs and effectively address any complaints;
  • Manage cash transactions, including guest bill payments.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with hotel management software such as Scrigno or similar;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher);
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with a third language preferred;
  • Prior professional experience in a similar role, preferably at an international level.
