    • Manage lease renewals, rent collections, and delinquencies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Service
    • Interact with residents, associates, and external agencies in a professional and courteous manner, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring resident satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Leadership
    • Assist the Property Manager in supervisory responsibilities, including recruiting, training, and evaluating associates.
    • Participate in training sessions and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and distribute reports on operational and financial data, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum three years' experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.
    • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of associates, residents, and external agencies.
    • Ability to apply reason, logic, and problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues.
    • Strong computer and keyboarding skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and energy.
  • Physical Demands and Work Environment
    • Possess and maintain timely and reliable transportation.
    • Ability to access all areas of the community without the assistance of an elevator.
