KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fulfill responsibilities outlined in the Occupational Health and Safety Management System Manual.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree or advanced qualification in Tourism or Culinary Arts.
  • Proficiency in the local language and advanced English.
  • Knowledge of meat preparation and food safety standards.
  • Stay updated on culinary trends and practices.
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools.
  • Understanding of hotel operations.

Experience

A minimum of one year in a similar role within 4 and 5-star establishments is preferred.
