About the Role:

As the Head of Proposal at Praxi, you will be responsible for leading the Internal Sales department and overseeing the Sales Project Engineer and Project Manager teams. Your primary objective will be to collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs, define suitable solutions, and create technical proposals based on specifications, costs, and production timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise the entire lifecycle of proposals and projects, from acquisition to final delivery.
  • Develop strategies and development plans to ensure operational efficiency and optimize resources.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and external resources to ensure the availability of necessary materials and services for projects, ensuring the correctness of contract terms and conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Supervise and promote the implementation and correct use of CRM.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical/gestional studies; a master's or MBA will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Consolidated experience in production companies of complex machinery, plants, or production lines.
  • Solid leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Orientation towards achieving results, respecting deadlines, and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the machinery sector for the food processing industry.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the food industry.

Full-time contract with indefinite term, Metalmeccanico CCNL. Level: Manager. Indicative salary: € + MBO.
