Il Gruppo Imperium Holding, con sette sedi operative in Italia e oltre 220 dipendenti, leader nazionale nell'erogazione di servizi e produzione di tecnologie innovative nel settore della Pubblica Amministrazione, ricerca una risorsa da inserire come Responsabile Strategico del Mercato.

Responsabilità Principali
  • Analisi di mercato: Monitorare le tendenze del mercato e capire come posizionare il software rispetto ai concorrenti, identificando i punti di forza e debolezza sia del proprio prodotto che di quello degli altri.
  • Posizionamento del prodotto: Sviluppare strategie per posizionare il software in modo efficace in nicchie specifiche o in mercati più ampi, sfruttando i punti di forza già identificati dal software stesso.
  • Sviluppo delle funzionalità: Identificare e prioritizzare le nuove funzionalità da sviluppare, tenendo conto delle esigenze del mercato e delle opportunità di miglioramento rispetto alla concorrenza.
  • Partnership strategiche: Costruire alleanze con altri attori del mercato (ad esempio, fornitori di tecnologie complementari o partner commerciali) per ampliare la base di utenti o migliorare il prodotto.
  • Vendita e marketing: Lavorare a stretto contatto con i team di vendita e marketing per sviluppare campagne e materiali che mettano in evidenza i punti di forza del software, specialmente in relazione a quelli della concorrenza.
  • Relazione con i clienti: Essere il punto di riferimento per gli utenti chiave, comprendere le loro esigenze e suggerire modifiche o miglioramenti che rendano il software più competitivo.
Requisiti
  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria, Economia; potranno essere presi in considerazione titoli e ambiti di studio differenti a fronte di un'esperienza significativa nel ruolo.
  • Capacità di gestire progetti complessi, accompagnando un prodotto dall'ideazione al suo lancio in produzione e capacità di analisi e conoscenza dei principali KPI di gestione di prodotti e iniziative.
  • Buone capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo, con una forte attenzione ai dettagli.
  • Capacità di lavorare con precisione in un ambiente ad alta pressione, garantendo l'accuratezza nei dettagli.
