Job Title: Sales Manager Italy

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Italy. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Italy, leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and marketing experience, with a strong track record of driving business growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to achieve business objectives.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
