Freight Forwarding Sales Leader for Italian Market

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Centre People to hire an experienced Freight Forwarding Sales Leader with excellent Italian language skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success within the freight forwarding industry and be based in Milan, Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Centre People's services and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the Italian market.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager and operational staff to stay updated on the branch's situation and performance data.
  • Identify prospects, schedule appointments, and develop a territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis.
  • Make effective qualifying sales calls, manage the sales cycle to close new business, and prepare accurate reports and documentation.

About You:

  • At least 3 years' experience in sales within the freight forwarding industry.
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken (Japanese language would be a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • A driving license is not essential but would be a plus.
  • Open-minded, confident, loyal, hard-working, and passionate, with a desire to continually learn and improve.
