Product Manager for Thermal Management Solutions

As a Product Manager for Thermal Management Solutions, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, supporting business growth, and gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements. You will define the go-to-market and marketing plan, develop sales and marketing strategies, and work alongside Operations and Material planning to ensure competitive lead time, inventory optimization, and meet revenue targets.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree in Mechanical/Energy engineering preferred
- 7+ years technical, product/service, strategic planning, marketing or directly related experience
- Experience with HVAC and Data center applications is preferred
- Strong business acumen, ability to develop cross-functional relationships and achieve business objectives
- Technical expertise to translate customer needs/pain points to solutions, problem-solving, data analysis, project management, and excellent communications skills
