We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospital Specialist to join our Commercial Sales team in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing budget results in the assigned territory and ensuring the successful introduction of CSL products in line with our strategy.

The Role

  • You will plan and implement visit activities to promote CSL products to physicians and healthcare professionals.
  • You will ensure complete scientific information is provided to physicians about CSL Behring's products, as stated by the Medical Department.
  • You will guarantee accurate information about drug requirements for treatment centers.
  • You will monitor drug availability in pharmacies and wholesalers.
  • You will provide administrative support for the execution of clinical studies in the area, as required.
  • You will participate in the execution and organization of scientific congresses and meetings, if necessary.
  • You will support colleagues in the Market Access activity in the assigned territories, when required.
  • You will utilize the CRM system in place and update it timely.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Scientific degree, as required by Italian law for the job purposes.
  • At least 3 years of experience in drug promotion of specialties in hospitals.
  • Ideal experience in dealing with hospital pharmacists and personnel administration.
  • Knowledge of local processes and regulations on drug promotion.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, multichannel communication approach (Teams & Zoom), and CRM systems (Veeva).
  • Fluency in English is required.
