Role Overview
The Hospital Client Relations Specialist will play a crucial role in:

  • Ensuring exceptional patient satisfaction through effective communication with end-users and the Regional Account Manager (RAM), thereby enhancing hospital operations.
  • Managing customer service activities, administrative planning, and coordination tasks.
  • Formulating, implementing, and executing strategic commercial initiatives aimed at fostering growth and profitability within the hospital sector. This includes analyzing market dynamics, forecasting sales, and collaborating with various departments to optimize product offerings and services.

Key Responsibilities

1) Customer Service Management:

  • Accurately processing orders and ensuring compliance with delivery and regulatory standards.
  • Providing support to the RAM and National Key Account Manager (NKAM), acting as a liaison between headquarters and the RAM/NKAM regarding customer service matters.
  • Effectively managing inquiries from public and private clients (via phone and email), providing comprehensive responses to questions about order fulfillment.
  • Communicating updates regarding shortages, product transfers, and unavailability.

2) Strategic Planning and Analysis:

  • Overseeing activities related to portfolio products, conducting analyses and forecasts that align with company objectives and market trends.
  • Performing market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities and areas for enhancement.
  • Forecasting sales and establishing performance targets based on data insights.
  • Coordinating product supply phases with the local supply team, ensuring alignment with monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) requests.
  • Collaborating closely with supply chain colleagues, serving as the primary contact for coordinating information on volume tender dynamics.
  • Developing and executing strategic commercial plans to drive growth and profitability within the hospital sector.

Qualifications and Skills
We seek a candidate with a strong combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related health science field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of safety disciplines within the pharmaceutical industry, including clinical study methodologies and safety quality systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Soft skills: Positive attitude, attention to detail, curiosity, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset.
