Role Overview
The Hospital Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring exceptional patient satisfaction through direct interactions with end customers and relevant stakeholders, enhancing hospital operations.
  • Managing customer service tasks, administrative planning, and coordination activities.
  • Formulating, developing, and implementing strategic commercial initiatives to stimulate growth and profitability within the hospital sector. This includes analyzing market dynamics, forecasting sales, and collaborating with various departments to optimize product offerings and services.

Key Responsibilities

1) Customer Service Management:

  • Ensuring accurate order entry into the system and confirming compliance with delivery and regulatory standards.
  • Providing support to relevant stakeholders and acting as a bridge between headquarters' requirements and local needs regarding customer service.
  • Effectively managing communications with both public and private clients (via phone and email), addressing inquiries comprehensively regarding order fulfillment status.
  • Handling communications related to shortages, product transfers, unavailability, and order releases.

2) Strategic Planning and Analysis:

  • Overseeing activities related to product portfolios through analysis and forecasting aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities and areas for enhancement.
  • Forecasting sales and establishing performance targets based on data insights and market intelligence.
  • Managing product supply throughout all phases in collaboration with local supply teams, ensuring alignment with monthly operational requests.
  • Working closely with supply colleagues to coordinate and share information on volume tender dynamics, while staying informed with relevant teams.
  • Planning, developing, and executing strategic commercial initiatives to drive growth and profitability within the hospital sector.

Qualifications and Skills
We are seeking a candidate with a strong combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related health science field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of safety disciplines within the pharmaceutical industry, including clinical study methodologies and safety quality systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Soft skills: Positive attitude, attention to detail, curiosity, proactive mindset, and results-oriented approach.
