Position Overview:
To support the growth of our Sales division in Italy, we are in search of a
Customer Care Specialist (m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate the sales process and provide customer service to both national and international clients within the TIC sector. Independently manage customer inquiries, including proposal preparation and follow-up on outstanding quotations until orders are finalized. Accurately record and maintain comprehensive customer data within the CRM system. Contribute to achieving corporate objectives and driving revenue growth. Actively promote CSA's service offerings to existing clients in collaboration with the marketing team. Participate in client visits and trade shows as well as engage in client-related events.Qualifications:
Completed vocational training in commerce or technology, or a degree in marketing/sales or a related field. 1-5 years of relevant professional experience preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce and Workday is advantageous. Understanding of the testing and certification industry is a plus. Proficient in both Italian and English (written and spoken). Excellent customer service skills, with a strong service orientation and communication abilities. Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Independent and results-driven work ethic.What We Offer:
