We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of our Commercial UPS and Light Industrial UPS portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our products meet customer and market requirements, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive portfolio strategy to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Collaborate with business development, marketing, and sales teams to define and execute product roadmaps.
- Manage product life cycles, including product development, launch, and maintenance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product development and pricing strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Prepare and present product information to internal stakeholders, including sales, field application engineering, and service teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including quality and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical and commercial role in the power electronics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
