Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Pole To Win International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and growing our client base within the North American region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and grow existing relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the gaming industry
- Collaborate with our delivery teams to create effective solutions for each new client
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Qualify sales leads, provide value assessments, and generate plans to close
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through building strong client relationships
- Experience selling customer services, outsourcing services, or adjacent services to the gaming industry
- Strong network of gaming industry contacts
- Effective time management and ability to work at senior executive contact levels
- Self-motivated and able to operate in a remote environment
- Competitive basic salary
