Job Title: Business Development Representative

At Venair, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Sales team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in an onsite job position and in small teams
