Sales Professional for DIY Channel Development

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team and contribute to the development of our DIY sales channel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and develop action plans to further develop market share within the DIY channel.
  • Nurture strong relationships with key customers and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Visit regular retail locations across Italy to provide product training and support.
  • Promote and coordinate local marketing activities sponsored by VELUX or partners.
Requirements
  • Technical diploma or degree.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the DIY industry.
  • Determination, ability to work towards objectives, and a strong propensity for self-organization.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Office, Excel, and CRM software.
  • Excellent English language skills.
