CPL TAYLOR by Synergos srl - Ricerca e Selezione Personale Qualificato is seeking a Business Development Representative to focus on lead generation and qualification within the Sales department.

This role involves 100% outbound activities, requiring active research and scouting using all available tools, primarily LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You will be actively involved in cold calling and qualification calls. Once leads are qualified, they will be handed over to Sales Executives, with close collaboration throughout.

Key responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify new leads using various sales tools and techniques
  • Build relationships with customers and prospects to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives to close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales and/or customer-facing roles
  • A hunter mindset, experienced in building relationships with customers
  • Active listening skills, able to start and manage a lively conversation with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to work both, independently and as part of an international team
  • A solution-oriented attitude, with high self-motivation and dedication
  • A willingness to learn and challenge yourself every day to grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills, proficiency in other European language would be a strong plus
