About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional to drive revenue growth and profitability across our fantastic properties in the region. As an Area Revenue Executive, you will be responsible for collaborating with our Assistant Director of Revenue Management (ADORM) to set daily, weekly, and monthly goals, as well as implementing strategies and actions to achieve them.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue;
- Analyze competitors' activities to stay ahead of the market;
- Ensure effective integration of distribution channels and revenue strategy across hotels and the corporate revenue strategy;
- Maintain rate integrity across segments and distribution channels;
- Build and manage internal stakeholder relationships in a proactive manner;
- Collaborate with other departments to increase revenue performance and contribute to a revenue-driven culture.
Successful candidates will possess:
- A proven track record of experience in revenue management (at least 3 years) in the hospitality industry;
- Excellent analytical and strategic approach, with demonstrable analytics tools knowledge;
- Fluency in Italian, English, and additional languages are a plus;
- A unique personality and passion for hospitality.
