Your Role:

We are seeking a Structural Engineer (m/f/d) to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be empowered to take ownership of your work while receiving unwavering support from your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of structural designs and calculations
  • Development of repair specifications
  • Preparation of drawings for certification submissions
  • Providing production support

Candidate Profile:

You are an ideal candidate if you possess:

  • A degree in Marine Engineering with a specialization in structural engineering
  • 5-7 years of relevant industry experience
  • Mandatory experience with GRP plastics
  • Proficiency in CAD software (Rhino, AutoCAD, 3D parametric)
  • The ability to interpret 2D and 3D production drawings
  • Knowledge of ISO construction standards
  • Familiarity with CE certification processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities
  • Capability to work independently and methodically
  • Flexibility, reliability, and strong organizational skills
  • A creative approach to problem-solving
  • A solution-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel
  • A hands-on approach to tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (familiarity with MS Teams is a plus)
  • A passion for boating and yachts (a boating license is advantageous)
